In order to make good use of Aptamil Pepti Junior, you should wash your hands thoroughly and sterilize all the utensils that will be needed. Then drink water for 5 minutes. Allow to cool for about thirty minutes until it reaches approximately 40 degrees centigrade. Afterwards, pour the necessary water (see feeding table) into the bottle, previously sterilized! The same water should not be re-boiled in the preparation of other bottles. It is always advisable to use the spoon as it is in the packaging. The measure should be shallow to ensure the correct dose. Add the dose of powdered milk, indicated in the instructions, in the water. Too little or too much measures for the respective amount of water can be harmful to the baby. Close the bottle and shake vigorously (about 10 seconds), in order to dissolve the milk well in the water. Before giving the baby a bottle, it is imperative to check the temperature of the milk by pouring a few drops on the wrist (max. Temperature of 37ºC).
