Unpeel the paper from one of the ends of the Thermacare Heatwrap, so as to expose the adhesive side. Place the part of the band with the thermal cells on the body area to be treated and press the adhesive side firmly on the skin to stick. Next, peel off the paper from the other end and press equally on the skin.
Note: Recommended to use the heat wrap for 8 hours. It may take about 30 minutes to reach the ideal temperature.
